* If allowed, place a FOR SALE sign on the lawn, or allowable space (for townhomes or apartments).

*Talk up your property with all qualified and interested parties, arrange showings so they can view your property, and determine suitability of your home to the buyer

*Strategize with you to determine the best working plan going forward that will bring you the best price, in the least amount of time. Discuss current market conditions or concerns.

*If a buyer is qualified, write a contract of purchase and sale, and negotiate the best price for you.
